Hot air, not a drum
Fluid-bed roasting lifts the beans on a column of air. Heat is even, development is readable, and a Nano 7 class batch stays small enough that your bag is the roast, not a slice of a giant drum.
The bay
Every bag starts as green Freebird from Chiang Mai, Thailand. You choose a named Kaffelogic profile and a roast level. We run that ticket on a Kaffelogic Nano 7 — Nano 7 class fluid-bed — then pack whole beans.

Young Capy, Adult Capy, and Grandpa Capy are named Kaffelogic profiles — the curve the machine runs — not roast level. Roast level is a continuous Light–Dark bar from 1.0 to 5.0.

We only sell whole beans. Optional 30g tasting cup, roasted to the same profile and roast level, for a first sip before the bag.
Kaffelogic profiles

Named Kaffelogic profile
A named Kaffelogic profile with a lively curve — high and clear, with citrus peel, white flowers, and a thread of honey. The youngest roast in the family.
Citrus · Floral · Honey

Named Kaffelogic profile
The everyday Kaffelogic profile. Cocoa and caramel sit in the middle, with a hint of almond. Peaceful, like a capy in a bandana.
Milk chocolate · Toffee · Nuts

Named Kaffelogic profile
A named Kaffelogic profile that runs wise and steady. Low and chocolatey, with a ribbon of smoke. Sip slow, stay cozy.
Dark chocolate · Smoke · Molasses
These are not three roast levels. They are three Kaffelogic curves on one Chiang Mai, Thailand lot. Young keeps citrus and flowers in the profile. Adult finds chocolate and toffee. Grandpa leans into smoke and molasses. Pick a family member, then slide how far the lot develops on the Light–Dark bar.
